Millenials drive less, duh. The shutdown may have made your bike ride illegal, but it also means there’s (basically) no rules. Meanwhile, in Arlington, the 9th Street bike boulevard is coming along nicely. Yes, we are the new bike city to watch: We’re the third-best city for bike commuting in the U.S. This guy crashed into a bunch of cars parked in bike lanes to prove that blocked bike lanes aren’t safe.
