Starting TODAY through January 11 (ends at 11:59PM EST), all WABA members get early access to DCBR 2017 and enjoy a discounted rate of $48. Price will increase on January 12.   • Longer course – 20 scenic miles ending in the shadow of the Capitol on Pennsylvania Avenue
