Silver Spring Celebrates its First Protected Bike Lane

in early October, Montgomery County completed work on Silver Spring’s first protected bike lanes on Spring and Cedar St. To mark this first major step, advocates, neighbors and county officials gathered to celebrate the achievement, ride the new lanes, and build momentum to complete the Silver Spring Circle.
