Gearin’ Up Bicycles Volunteer Orientation

Have you volunteered with Gearin’ Up in the past? Or are you excited about Gearin’ Up and love fixing bicycles? We have our first volunteer orientation taking place on Friday, March 28th at 7:30PM. This training will be virtual and in-person and will last approximately 1 hour. We’ll be covering the WABA Code of Conduct, volunteer expectations, roles, and upcoming volunteer opportunities.

If you’re biking in, please lock your bicycle up outside as space indoors is limited. There is a Capital Bikeshare station directly outside of the shop. We are located approximately 4 blocks from the NOMA-Gallaudet Metro station, a red line station, and the 90/92 bus stop is approximately 2 blocks away.
