Earn-A-Bike Program

Gearin’ Up is starting our FIRST Earn-A-Bike in the new space The program will be 6 weeks long and run on Wednesdays and Fridays from 4PM to 6PM.

In this hands-on after school program, we will go over essential bike maintenance and repair skills, from fixing a flat tire to adjusting shifting. Throughout the program, participants will work on bikes, gaining practical experience and confidence. As a reward for their hard work, they’ll earn their very own bike (along with lights, a lock, and a helmet) to keep at the end of the session. Perfect for those eager to build something they can truly call their own!

This program is open to high schoolers only. Classes are limited to 10 participants per session, so please sign up. We will be holding a wait list in order of sign-ups and youth who are not able to make it into this first session can look forward to our summer session, or the two we will be offering in the fall.
