Bike during the Red Line stations shutdown this summer

Wondering how you will cope with the impending summer shutdown of several Red Line metro stations beginning July 6? (Read more from WMATA on the shutdown). 

Join WABA for a guided ride between the North Bethesda and Friendship Heights stations at 8:30am on the following dates:

• Monday, July 6th

• Tuesday, July 7th

• Wednesday, July 8th

• Thursday, July 9th

• Mondays, July 13th through August 31st

Come to the North Bethesda Metro station, 5500 Marinelli Road, 20852 and join a group ride, mainly along the Trolley Trail and the Capital Crescent Trail, stopping by the Medical Center, Bethesda and Friendship Heights stations. Check out the ride route here. The guided rides will end at Friendship Heights.
