Ward 7 Bikes Family Ride

Join WABA and Ward 7 Bikes for a short, but fun-filled ride through Ward 7 to the Joy Evans Recreation Center.

This ride is open to all ages and riders across the city. We will start at the intersection of 38th street & S street southeast and ride to the Joy Evans Therapeutic Recreation Center. At the end of the ride we’ll enjoy some light snacks, child-friendly games, and connect with other bike riders in the community.

The Ward 7 Bikes Family Ride is free and open to all. Please refer to the ride rules below:

Rules:

• Each rider must be individually registered.
• You must wear a helmet.
• Children aged 11 or under must be accompanied by an adult.
• Riders will not ride ahead of the lead bike.
• Riders must follow instructions given by any ride marshal.
• Kids 7 and under should ride on an adult’s bike as a passenger.
