Arlington Boulevard Trail
Walking on the Arlington Boulevard Trail in the Courthouse neighborhood. By connecting existing trail sections and building new trail segments, we can create a 22 mile bicycle and pedestrian path from Fairfax City to the National Mall.
WABA will work with Arlington and Fairfax County to improve bicycle access along Arlington Boulevard (U.S. Route 50) from Fairfax County to D.C. with a new, separated bicycle and pedestrians facility.
This corridor is presently underserved by biking facilities, and the provision of good facilities would connect hundreds of additional neighborhoods throughout northern Virginia to the broader, regional biking infrastructure network.
WABA’s advocacy is supported by your membership dollars. Join or donate to WABA today to help advance our advocacy work, including creating a dedicated bicycle and pedestrian path along Arlington Boulevard.
