Hidden Figures on Oxon Run Trail

Join the DC Trail Rangers for a scavenger hunt on Oxon Run Trail (300 Valley Ave SE) to celebrate Black History Month! Clues about historical Black figures will be hidden throughout Oxon Run Trail for you to find and match with a list of names. This is a free and family-friendly event where participants are encouraged to bike, scoot, roll, or walk to explore Oxon Run Trail. After you find and match all of the clues with their respective figures, hang around to talk to friends, enjoy some snacks, and learn about the Trail Ranger program.
