Montgomery County bicycling advocates happy hour, June 7 in Bethesda
Wednesday, June 7, 2023, 5:00 PM
7200 Wisconsin Ave, Bethesda, MD 20814
If you like communing with the bicyclist community, this event is for you. It’s free and informal, and we’ll be joined by special guest, Delegate Marc Korman, newly named chair of the House of Delegates Environment & Transportation Committee, and Montgomery County Councilmember Andrew Friedson. The event runs 5 pm-7 pm. Please come by at any point – it’s buy your own beverage – and stay for as much of the time as you wish.
Come chat, meet other community members, and share your thoughts on making our region safer and easier to bicycle. Around 6 pm, we’ll hear from Marc and Andrew, and we’ll talk about efforts to improve county bikeways and give attendees a chance to share what you’re up to – group rides, clubs, advocacy, or other opportunities.
So we can get a headcount and keep you updated, RSVP using the form below. Questions? Please get in touch with Seth Grimes at firstname.lastname@example.org. And if you plan to get there by bicycle, check out Bethesda Transportation Solutions’ Bike Routes Serving Bethesda. We hope to see you on June 7!
