Trail or Treat

Join the Trail Rangers for the spookiest ride of the year, Trail or Treat!

Participants will enjoy a guided ride along the Metropolitan Branch Trail with multiple trick-or-treat stops along the way to gather fun freebies and maybe a piece of candy or two from local partners. The ride will begin at REI Co-op (201 M St NE) at 11:00AM. We welcome participants to participate by scooter, bike, skateboard, or rollerblades but helmets must be worn at all times on the ride. This kid-friendly ride will be at a comfortable pace and we will finish the ride with a Halloween party at Annie’s ACE Hardware (3405 8th St NE)! The party will have seasonal treats and refreshments and the chance to get into the Halloween Spirit by decorating your ride and setting it up with bells and lights. Everyone who participates will also receive a limited edition Trail or Treat sticker made especially for this event.

This is a kid-friendly event but everyone under the age of 18 must be accompanied by a parent or guardian. Please be sure to wear closed-toe shoes and comfortable clothing and bring water. You are welcome to wear a costume but please make sure your costume is appropriate for all ages. Registration is required.
