Are you interested in transportation safety? Do you want to meet your elected officials and hear their priorities? Do you want to learn how to advocate for your community? Do you need service hours? If you are a Prince George’s County High School student and your answer is “yes,” to any of those questions, sign up for our Transportation Safety Town Hall!

This is a free, public event at the Hyattsville branch library. Students in attendance will receive three hours of community service, and lunch will be served to registered participants. You must register to attend the event. The library has ample parking, and is a short walk from the Hyattsville Crossing metro station. We will have $100, $75, $50 gift cards to the top three finalists for the video competition here, and we will have prizes for honorable mentions.
